Shadow

A poem exploring the great paradox of shadow work. It reveals the trap of a cold, outward scrutiny and illuminates the true, alchemical path to a renewed soul: a warm, unabridged, and courageous embrace of the whole self.

Light arranged, poignantly,
hollow sound, hollow soul,
stone embodied, death assured.
Scarce the moment,
eternal the opportunity,
scrutinize the shadow,
gaze outward, death certain.
A warm approach,
unabridged;
soul renewed,
death forsaken,
eternal unity.
